State and local programs will be on hand to give out information and answer questions.

The event is open to the public and the press.

Representatives from the Illinois State Treasurer’s I-Cash Program will be on hand to connect residents with unclaimed assets.

Receive information on RTA free ride and reduced fare cards, as well as other programs from the RTA.

The Veterans Assistance Commission will be available to explain valuable resources for Illinois veterans.

BLOOMINGDALE- State Senator Tom Cullerton (D-Villa Park) and Bloomingdale Township Assessor John Dabrowski are hosting a Property Tax Appeal Seminar on Monday, July 18 from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at the Bloomingdale Assessor’s Office (6N050 Rosedale Ave., Bloomingdale, IL)

“If you are looking for ways to find savings on your property tax bills, I urge you to take advantage of this seminar,” Cullerton said.  

Residents of Bloomingdale Township should bring:

•    Appraisal (if done in the last 1.5 years)
•    Closing statement (if the home was purchased in the last year)
•    Property tax bill
•    Valid state ID or driver’s license

Property tax experts will be on hand to offer advice to homeowners to help them lower their tax bills.

This seminar is part of a series of Property Tax Seminars hosted by Cullerton this summer.

LOMBARD – Working to bring state services to seniors in DuPage County, State Senator Tom Cullerton (D–Villa Park) is hosting a free senior workshop on Tuesday, June 14.
